Wind Lab
Why do you think hot rises?
I think hot air rises because it is less dense and the cool air pushes up to the less dense air, causing the air to rise.

Conclusion:
1.Conduction is when heat is transferred by molecules and by physical touch, and that happened in the lab when the fire touched the tea bag, thus causing it to catch on fire and causing the tea bag's temperature to rise.
2.Convection is the transfer of heat energy by fire and the heat transfer that happened when the cold air pushed up the hot air and the hot air took the burning tea bag with it and thus created wind.
3.Cold air is denser and the density of the air effects its motion because the cold air because it is more dense than the hot air, it pushes up the hot air with the burning tea bag, thus creating wind.
4.When you make soup, conduction happens when the stove touches the pot, and the convection is when the soup bubbles and the bubbles have hot air in them and the colder soup is on the bottom is still heating up.
5. When a building catches on fire, conduction its happen because the flames touch the building physically and because of convection the hotter air in the building which is the heavy smoke it rises to the top because the cold air underneath pushes up the hot air. Thats why you crawl close the floor when you get out of a burning building.
